València Tourist Card refunds policy

The purchase cost will be refunded, provided that the cards have not been used. You can request a refund via vlcshop@visitvalencia.com or in any Tourist Office that is a VLC Tourist card collection point.

Tourist Office staff are only responsible for collecting the cards and checking they haven´t been used. Refunds must be requested via vlcshop@visitvalencia.com, indicating the order number, reason for the return and the Tourist Office where the cards have been deposited.

Don’t forget to indicate the order number and reason for the return. Postage is at the customer’s expense.

Once we've confirmed that the cards have not been used, we’ll refund their cost.
